All products are sold in standard carton quantity only.  Pricing is subject to change without notice.  Orders under $25.00 will incur a $5.00 surcharge.  All prices are in US dollars and must be paid in same.

Shipping
Orders > $550.00
Orders are shipped prepaid via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground in Continental United States when order exceeds $550.00.  Ship methods other than Ground Service will be charged carrier's published rates.

Orders < $550.00
Ground shipping charges for orders under $550.00 are calculated based on Order Total.  Ship methods other than Ground Service will be charged carrier's published rates.  Orders under $25.00 will incur a $5.00 surcharge.

Credit Terms
Mastercard / Visa / American Express option with minimum $25.00 order.  Standard terms are Credit Card or Net 30 days with approved credit.  Companies should supply bank account information and 3 trade references.  Orders under $25.00 will incur a $5.00 surcharge.  To apply for credit terms with ERB Industries, Inc., please print Credit Application, complete with signature, and fax to 1-800-232-9372.  For more information about ERB Industries' credit terms, please call 1-800-800-6522 or email the Credit Department.

Returns
20% restocking charge with return goods authorization obtained from our Customer Care department. 50% restocking charge without return goods authorization. Freight for returned items to be paid by customer. No product may be returned after 6 months, unless defective. Product must be returned in standard carton quantity. To request an RA number by phone, please call 1-800-800-6522. To request an RA number via e-mail, please send request to Customer Service  and include original order number, products and quantities to be returned.
